Meet Our Founder
Jess Yoo-Khaleghian is the Founder of Mirae Management.
With over 8 years in the entertainment space, Jess has worked across a diverse portfolio of clients and brands, specializing in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle verticals.
In her most recent role, Jess partnered closely with digital creators, leveraging her extensive network to consistently secure seven-figure annual brand partnerships for her clients. Before that, she refined her expertise in celebrity talent relations at Harry Winston, managing in-house efforts across marketing, print, and digital campaigns.
As a first-generation Korean American, Jess is deeply passionate about amplifying underrepresented voices in the creator economy—ensuring that diversity and inclusion aren't just buzzwords, but foundational values at Mirae Management.
